About Reservation Plans and Usage

What time is the check-in and check-out?
Check-in: 3pm to 6pm / Check-out: Until 10am
■Please contact us in advance if you will be arriving after 6pm.
Can I do early check-in and late check-out?
Early check-in is available for a fee.
If you would like to do so, please contact our facility directly.
Please note that late check-out is not available. Thank you for your understanding.
Is it available for a day trip?
We are sorry, but our facility is not available for day use.
What are the payment methods?
We accept cash, various credit cards (VISA, MASTER card, JCB, AMEX, UnionPay, Diners Club, and DISCOVER), ID, Rakuten Edy, and transportation electronic money. (We are sorry, but barcode payments, such as PayPay, and merchandise certificates cannot be used.)
Are there cancellation fees?
Please note that our facility charges a 30% cancellation fee for cancellations made between 8 and 50 days before your reservation date, and a 7% cancellation fee for cancellations made 100 days before your reservation date.

Can I stay with pets?
Yes. We have a pet-friendly room (exclusive to 1 unit).
If you bring your dog with you, we ask that you present a rabies vaccination certificate or a certificate from a clinic, such as a vaccination certificate.

There is a free parking lot on the premises, but as parking spaces are limited, we ask that each group come with one car. If you need multiple cars, please contact us in advance.
Is there firewood for sale on-site?

About Meals

Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes. Please feel free to bring your favorite food and drinks and enjoy your original glamping experience.
Is it possible to bring my BBQ grill?
We apologize for the inconvenience, but for safety reasons, bringing fire-causing equipment is prohibited.
Additionally, the BBQ grills provided in each unit are gas-powered, so there is no need to prepare charcoal.
Can I order breakfast only?
Yes, it is possible. Please make a reservation for the room only plan and choose breakfast only

Others

Is it possible to do fireworks?
Yes. You can enjoy fireworks until 9pm.
Hand-held fireworks are allowed in the designated area, so please ask our staff on the day of your stay.
