Tree house “Kirin-an”
- Kirin-an is a treehouse created by art maker Katsuichi Kimura. It is a treehouse inspired by a giraffe, with Kimura's unique and original design. The exciting indoor loft will be an unforgettable experience for children and friends alike. Dinner and breakfast can be enjoyed on the terrace below the room. A kotatsu table is installed in the winter.

Dome tent “ELEPHANT” “CAPYBARA” “RABBIT”
- Glamping Japan has created "dome tents" specifically for glamping, inspired by facilities overseas. With carefully crafted floors, doors, and cold weather protection, you can stay comfortable in both summer and winter. The expansive windows create an open and airy space. Recommended for families with small children looking for a comfortable environment, or couples looking for a luxurious day out. Only "RABBIT" has a kotatsu installed in winter.

Lotus bell tent “CAMEL” “GIRAFFE”
- Lotus bell tents are popular overseas.The onion-shaped tent is made of cotton and looks great both inside and out.Of course, it is equipped with air conditioning and heating.How about having a girls' night out or making memories with friends in this cute space?

DINNER

Dinner is a BBQ course featuring Chiba Prefecture's brand beef, "Kazusa Wagyu." Enjoy a hearty, high-quality BBQ with appetizers, salad, beef, and more. Additional menus and kids' plates are also available.
In winter (from around November onwards), you can also enjoy a selection of hot pot dishes.

If you have any concerns about allergies or other issues, please feel free to contact us when making your reservation.
*Please refrain from bringing raw food or alcoholic beverages into our facility. However, you may bring baby food and allergy-friendly foods and drinks.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served in the indoor dining area, regardless of the weather.
Guests staying in the Treehouse can enjoy their breakfast on the terrace below their room, or on the Giraffe Terrace inside Sayuri World with the "Breakfast with Giraffes" option.

  - Take the Shuto Expressway Wangan Route, Tokyo Wan Aqua-Line, Shutoken Chuo Expressway, Otaki Kaido, exit at Ichihara Tsurumai IC, and then follow Prefectural Route 168 to the hotel.
  If you are coming by train or highway bus
  - Approximately 1 hour 15 minutes from Tokyo Station
  - It is convenient to take the express bus from Tokyo Station to Ichihara Tsurumai Bus Terminal.

How many months in advance can I make a reservation?
We accept reservations up to six months in advance. For example, reservations for August will begin on February 1st.
How many days in advance can I make a reservation?
We accept requests until 3:15 three days before the check-in date.
Is there a cancellation fee?
A cancellation fee of 14% will be charged if canceled 8 to 30 days before the check-in date, 7% if canceled 4 to 50 days before the check-in date, and 3% if canceled 100 days before the check-in date or on the same day or without notice.
Can I use a credit card for payment?

Treehouse guests can dine on the terrace below their rooms.
Guests staying in the Dome Tents and Lotus Bell Tents are not allowed to have BBQs near the tents, so they will be accommodated on the terrace or in the dining area of the facility.
Can we have a BBQ even on rainy days?
In the event of rain, meals will be served indoors instead of at the outdoor BBQ.
Can we do fireworks?
We apologize, but the use of fireworks is not permitted at our facility.
Can I bring my pet?

About zoo admission

Is there an entrance fee to Animal Wonder Resort Sayuri World in addition to the accommodation fee?
The accommodation service includes an admission ticket to Animal Wonder Resort Sayuri World, so you can enter once without paying any additional admission fees.
I would like to enter Animal Wonder Resort Sayuri World before checking in. When can I get an admission ticket?
Normally, it is handed out at The Bamboo Forest reception upon check-in, but if you wish, you can also hand it over before check-in.Please come to The Bamboo Forest reception.
Can I use the ticket on days other than the day of my stay?
Yes, you can use it on days other than your stay. There is no expiration date for Sayuri World tickets alone. However, if you have a set ticket that includes Ichihara Elephant Kingdom, the expiration date is one year from the date of issue.
Is the entrance ticket to Ichihara Elephant Country included?
Admission to Ichihara Elephant Kingdom is not included. If you wish to enter the park, please purchase a set ticket at the front desk of our facility.
