About Reservations and Usage

• How many days in advance can I make a reservation?

  Do junior high school students become adults?

  Adults are categorized from junior high school students and above.
  For children, please choose from the categories below.
  Elementary school student (bedding provided)

  Is there a cancellation fee?

  Cancellation fees will apply as follows:

  day before 80%
  3 days prior 50%
  7 days prior 20%
  *Cancellation charges will be applied to all cancellations made 7 days prior to your stay, including reductions in the number of guests, price reductions due to plan changes, and schedule changes due to customer convenience. If there is a reduction in the number of guests, the price will be recalculated based on the number of guests staying.

  How much is the bathing tax?

  The bathing fee is 580 yen per adult and 200 yen per child (including bathing tax).
  When you check in, please pay the bathing fee in cash for the number of guests staying.
  JAF members can enjoy preferential services.

  What time is check-in/out?

• What is the capacity of the room?

  The capacity is 4 people.

  There are 4 single beds available.

• Is there a parking lot?

  We have 30 units available.No reservation required, free to use.

  Are there nearby convenience stores and supermarkets?

  There is a convenience store 3 minutes away by car.

  Do you offer a pick-up service?

  There is no shuttle service.

In-house facilities and equipment

• What's inside the dome?

  Air conditioner, 4 single beds, electrical outlet, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, electric kettle, hair dryer, hanger rack, mirror, and cups.
  It has excellent heat retention, keeping you cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
  *There is no TV.

  What amenities are provided?

  Provided are face towels, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrushes, razors, slippers and combs.
  *For adult and children's yukata, please select each size at check-in.
  *Amenities and yukata will not be provided for infants, guests booking without futon or with meals only.

  Are there a bathroom (toilet) and shower?

  There is a separate toilet right next to the dome tent.
  You can also use the large public bath at Kaizu Onsen.

  BBQ plan: 3 days before 5pm
  *We do not accept additions for dinner only or breakfast only.

  Can I order breakfast only?

  Please refrain from ordering only breakfast. Please use the shops in the main building.

  Can I bring my own ingredients and have a BBQ if I am staying without meals?

  Is possible. Please select "You can bring your own ingredients ★Original BBQ course *No meal".
  For safety reasons, we do not allow open flames.
  This plan includes stove rental, so please use the electric stove provided.
  *Knives, cutting boards, tongs, cutlery, plates, and cups available for rental.
  *Please prepare your own pots, frying pans, other cooking utensils, and seasonings.

  Do you have drinks?

  Available separately at the main store.

  Is it possible to bring my BBQ grill?

  For safety reasons, we ask that you refrain from bringing in stoves.

  What cooking tools do you have?

  There is a simple washing machine and electric kettle available. BBQ stoves are available for rental.
  *Knives, cutting boards, tongs, cutlery (spoons, forks, etc.), plates, and cups available for rental.
  *Please prepare your own frying pan, cutting board, other cooking utensils, and seasonings.

  Do you have tableware?

  *This plan includes stove rental, so please use the electric stove provided. For customers who have booked the BBQ plan, we have prepared meals to satisfy even adult customers, so please enjoy them.
  

  Can we have a BBQ even on rainy days?

  Is possible.You can enjoy BBQ with peace of mind even on rainy days in the covered BBQ space with a vinyl curtain next to the dome.
  

  Where is the BBQ space?

  The BBQ space is located right next to the dome tent.There is a table and chairs for 4 people.
  There are no chairs for children.Please be aware of this in advance.
  Please use the BBQ stove (electric type) provided.
  For safety reasons, we ask that you refrain from bringing in any open flames.

• Do you have any pet-friendly rooms?

  I'm sorry. Pets are not allowed. Please acknowledge it beforehand.

  Is it possible to bring in a fire pit?

  Bonfires are not allowed.Thank you for your understanding.

  Is it possible to do fireworks?

  Fireworks are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.

  Can I use my card to pay locally?

  We only accept cash.

  Can you prepare a surprise cake?

  You may bring your own, but we cannot store them in advance. We do not have any surprise cakes available.
